With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Social Work, Cheryl worked in mortgage banking for 18 years before building her family through adoption. She served on the board of CAFFA (Chicago Area Families For Adoption) for 13 years as both Social & Volunteer Coordinator and Conference Team.
After many years of volunteering, Cheryl decided she wanted to go back to work and make a difference in her community. She started working as a classroom coordinator at Lincoln in 2019, becoming the Program Coordinator in 2022.
Cheryl says she loves helping kids reach their potential, watching their self-confidence soar.
